Online Web Ordering
An online web portal is available for customers to place orders. A prior history of the products most commonly ordered is available to assist in easier and faster order placement. The application communicates in real time with Vine Line Produce Distribution's order entry system to retrieve products, special offers, pricing, and delivery date specifications. If product is out of stock or short, our online web order will advise the customer when the item is estimated for restock and provides a list of potential substitutes.
Online Ordering from Virtually Anywhere
Our check out app for IOS and Android devices is easy to download and use. The application communicates in real time with our order entry system to retrieve products, special offers, pricing and delivery date specifications. Customer’s can set up a product profile to show commonly ordered products; making the order process faster and easier. Our shopping cart displays customer’s total dollar amount, products ordered, receiving date and receiving location.
Phone Orders
Our customer service representative (CSR) department is available to assist customers service issues and placing orders. For your convenience, CSR’s place daily outbound calls to customers as reminders to place orders to ensure shipments arrive as needed. Our CSR’s are available from 6am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday. Special hours are posted for holidays.

Electronic Document Interchange (EDI)
EDI has become a critical tool in creating efficiencies for data processing throughout the fresh produce supply chain. Our information systems manage EDI and data transmissions to improve accuracy and efficiency in order processing, fulfillment and billing. In addition to unique proprietary applications, Vine Line Produce Distribution’s EDI systems are compatible with Zephyr and iTrade and we continue to add new applications each year.
Next Day Delivery:
Vine Line Produce Distribution maintains a fleet of tractors and refrigerated trailers to offer next day delivery to most of the Great Lakes Region including: • All Michigan geographic locations (except Western Upper Peninsula) • Central and Northern Ohio • Central and Northern Indiana • Northeast Illinois (North of I-80 and East of I-39) • Southeast Wisconsin (Milwaukee and Madison areas)
Same Day Emergency Delivery:
Same day delivery is available to many locations for an additional drop fee.
Next Day Pick Up:
Vine Line Produce Distribution offers dock pick up as an option for customers who prefer it. However, we recommend placing orders the day before to ensure the order is ready for pick up when you arrive.
Same Day Emergency:
Same day dock pick up is available for emergencies; however, we still recommend placing the order with as much notice as possible in advance of pick up.

Centralized Billing
Centralized billing is available for multi-location customers and/or franchise operations.Vine Line Produce Distribution invoicing provides location level shipments and credits for assisting centralized operations and/or franchisors.
We provide Cold Chain Management to every customer
Our entire supply chain is best in class. From our facilities to our refrigerated trailers, we’ve made the extra investments to preserve the integrity of the cold chain. As a result, we deliver consistently high quality product and shelf life, day in and day out.
Produce is protected from damage by heat and extreme cold by wrapping trailers airtight in our loading docks before the doors are opened. Inbound trucks maintain consistent product refrigeration. Further, each zone within a refrigerated trailer is tested before trailers are loaded and upon inbound receipt at our facility. In addition, our nine warehouse coolers are designed to maintain product at ideal temperatures based on the product requirements we carry.
